What You'll Be Doing
- Building and scaling applications using Python and React
- Developing AI-powered features, workflows, and agent-based solutions
- Designing APIs and microservices for modern cloud environments
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver great products
- Influencing technical decisions and architecture
- Writing clean, secure, and maintainable code
- Working in an Agile/DevOps environment with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Exploring AI tools and technologies to improve the software development process
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong Python skills, ideally with Django and/or Flask
- Experience developing APIs and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies such as LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
- A good understanding of software architecture and scalable application design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
