We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer with a product-driven mindset to build and scale core features of our platform. You will be responsible for developing high-performance web interfaces and robust backend services that handle complex data flows.

A major focus of this role will be the architecture of our Unified Notification System. You will tackle the challenge of delivering real-time updates across multiple channels (SMS, RCS, Push) at scale, ensuring high deliverability and low latency.

Must Have

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Frontend Excellence: Expert-level proficiency in React (Hooks, Context API, Performance Optimization) and modern state management.

  • Backend Mastery: In-depth experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS) and designing efficient, scalable server-side logic.

  • GraphQL Expert: Proven experience designing GraphQL schemas, writing complex resolvers, and optimizing queries (Apollo Server/Client).

  • Firebase Ecosystem: Professional experience with Firebase Services, specifically Firestore (NoSQL modeling), Firebase Auth, and Cloud Functions.

  • Scalable Communications: Experience building or integrating notification engines. In-depth understanding of SMS/RCS protocols and providers (e.g., Twilio, MessageBird, or AWS Pinpoint).

  • Real-time Architecture: Experience with WebSockets or Firebase Realtime Database for live UI updates.

  • Testing & Quality: Committed to high test coverage (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright) and clean code principles (SOLID).

  • English C1: Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and document technical decisions clearly.

  • Prompt Engineering for Devs: Ability to write structured prompts for AI agents to generate unit tests, documentation, and boilerplate code accurately.

Nice to have

  • Message Queues: Experience with BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS to handle asynchronous notification bursts.

  • AI Integration: Familiarity with consuming LLM outputs on the frontend (streaming text, markdown rendering).

  • Mobile First: Experience with Responsive Web Design and PWA (Progressive Web Apps).

  • Performance Monitoring: Experience using Sentry or New Relic to track frontend errors and backend bottlenecks.
