Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React to join their dynamic team in Polokwane. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and relevant frameworks (e.g., Express.js). Build and optimize responsive front-end components using React and related libraries. Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in Java Script, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks. Expertise in React and its ecosystem, including state management and component design. Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., Mongo DB, Postgre SQL) and ORMs. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
