Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-level software applications in Oman. This role requires extensive application development experience, strong technical leadership, and expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and REST APIs.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of application development experience, including five or more years in a senior or lead engineering position and five or more years working with Microsoft SQL Server. The position involves end-to-end platform ownership, application security, automated testing, and deployments in secure offline environments.

This role is suited to a senior technology professional who can manage complex application development requirements, improve platform reliability, and collaborate across technical teams. Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or OpenText Content Server will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and ownership of enterprise software applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, Express, React, TypeScript, and React Native.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases and T-SQL queries.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs to support application functionality and system interoperability.
• Manage application deployment and configuration in Windows Server environments.
• Implement application security practices and help maintain secure software development standards.
• Develop and maintain automated testing processes to improve software quality and reliability.
• Support application deployments and operations in secure offline environments.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and integration issues.
• Contribute to technical planning, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
• Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA or OpenText Content Server where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 10 years of application development experience.
• At least five years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer.
• At least five years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Node.js and Express.
• React and TypeScript.
• React Native.
