Base Labs is hiring a senior full-stack engineer in Mexico City to build a payments platform moving money across Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, expanding into the US. You'll design and ship features end to end across services and the customer-facing product, working directly with the CTO and sharing on-call/incident duty.

You will join a small, senior team with real ownership—no tickets handed to you. Based in Mexico City, you’ll own scalable, reliable systems and participate in on-call and incident response.
