Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python.
- Build modern, responsive, and high-performing applications using React.js.
- Develop and support real-time systems using WebSockets.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching technologies (Redis/Memcached), and distributed architectures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, code reviews, and solution delivery.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.js.
- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and real-time application development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale product, consumer-tech, or platform engineering environments.
- Exposure to Fusion.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
- Prior experience supporting high-traffic, real-time applications.
