A senior hands-on full-stack engineer in Doha, Qatar who owns production systems end-to-end — architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance. Core stack is Go on the backend with Next.js/React/TypeScript, Redis, Docker, and GCP/AWS, in a hybrid role.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who can take ownership of production systems across architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of professional software engineering experience
6+ years of hands‑on Go backend development
Strong experience building scalable, reliable, production‑grade backend systems
Strong Next.js / React / Type Script
experience
Strong experience with
Redis
Production experience with Docker
Strong cloud experience across GCP and/or AWS
Experience designing secure, scalable APIs and distributed systems
Experience taking systems from development through deployment and maintenance
Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security, and production operations
Fluent Arabic communication skills
are required for this role
Strong English communication skills
Experience working in a collaborative, cross‑functional engineering environment
Location & Working Arrangement
Doha, Qatar
Full-time, hybrid position
Remote work is available as part of the hybrid arrangement
