Summary
Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Doha owning production systems end-to-end—building scalable backends in Go, frontends with Next.js/React/TypeScript, using Redis, Docker, and GCP/AWS.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This is a hands on engineering role for someone who can take ownership of production systems across architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
What We're Looking For- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 6+ years of hands on Go backend development
- Strong experience building scalable, reliable, production grade backend systems
- Strong Next.js / React / TypeScript experience
- Strong experience with Redis
- Production experience with Docker
- Strong cloud experience across GCP and/or AWS
- Experience designing secure, scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Experience taking systems from development through deployment and maintenance
- Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security, and production operations
- Fluent Arabic communication skills are required for this role
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross functional engineering environment
- Doha, Qatar
- Full-time, hybrid position
- Remote work is available as part of the hybrid arrangement
- Candidates must be able to attend our Doha office when required
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Qatar
- Candidates who require a change or transfer of sponsorship should be able to complete the required sponsorship-transfer process
