Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React + .NET)

Senior full-stack engineer building both the .NET/C# backend and React frontend for a clinical trial management platform. Day to day: designing microservices and GraphQL APIs, modern React frontends, and deploying cloud solutions on Azure while contributing to architecture and collaborating with product teams.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to join a project - a clinical trial technology platform designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform.
You will work across both backend and frontend, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions and contribute to architectural decisions in a distributed, cloud-based environment.
What We’re Looking For:
5 years of professional experience with C#/.NET Core and React in developing high-volume, low-latency applications and services
Strong expertise in Microservices, Micro Frontends, BFF, APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
Advanced knowledge of React and modern JavaScript technologies
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Hands-on experience with GraphQL — schema design, resolvers, and consuming GraphQL APIs from React
Strong understanding of designing for security, scalability, performance, and reliability
Experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions on Azure
Experience working closely with Product Management and technical teams to gather requirements and define product features and technical designs
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English
Your Responsibilities:
Designing and building microservices and modern React + .NET applications
Collaborating with Product and Business teams to identify customer needs and continuously improve the product
Evaluating and implementing cloud platforms, containerization, React, and .NET technologies
Designing and architecting Microservices, GraphQL APIs, and React based modern frontends
Supporting product teams with new concepts, technical planning, effort estimates, and feature roadmaps
Contributing to architectural and engineering decisions across the frontend and backend
Conducting code reviews and upholding quality through engineering practices, peer feedback, and automated testing tools
Delivering scalable, secure, dependable, and maintainable solutions across the entire technology stack
Will Be a Plus:
Experience in the healthcare domain
Experience with clinical trials or clinical research platforms
Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare environments
