Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs. Optimize application performance for speed and scalability. Implement automated testing, unit testing, and integration testing strategies. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong experience with backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, C#/.NET). Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices. Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
