Summary
Build and scale a B2B SaaS platform for online casino and betting products as part of a small, skilled engineering team. You'll own features end-to-end, working across Ruby on Rails backend, React frontend, PostgreSQL, and AWS ECS. Strong Ruby on Rails experience (5+ years) and React skills required.

About the Project
Exodus Gaming is building a modern B2B SaaS platform for launching and managing online casino and betting products.
This is a mature production platform used by real operators—not an outsourcing project or MVP. The product includes player management, payments, bonus systems, loyalty programs, CRM, affiliate integrations, back office, and many third-party integrations.
You'll join a small, highly skilled engineering team where you'll have real ownership, contribute to architectural decisions, and build features end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Develop new product features across both backend and frontend
Design and implement scalable APIs and business logic
Build responsive React interfaces
Optimize application performance and reliability
Work with PostgreSQL databases
Integrate third-party services and APIs
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Deploy and support production services running on AWS
Requirements
5+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong experience with React
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Experience with AWS (preferably ECS or similar container-based services)
Experience building scalable production systems
Understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture
Strong problem-solving skills
English sufficient for communication within the team
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS Aurora
Experience in FinTech, Gaming, Betting, or other high-load products
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
