The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications to ensure high performance and scalability. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top‑notch software solutions that meet client requirements. The role involves working with our technology stack, which includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL Server 2019, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Analytics, and Power BI. Our ecosystem includes 170 connected applications and services. Our main database is 2 TB, our sites handle 1 million visitors daily, and we process 2 billion requests monthly. We deploy changes to production several times a day and operate as a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) organization.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications, backend logic modules, and database structures.
- Follow CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Ensure products meet high standards with appropriate automated testing, including Unit tests.
- Conduct code and design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor production health through audits, identify issues, and determine root causes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as C# or Java.
- Experience with the latest front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with React.js, including state management (Redux, Context API) and component‑based architecture.
- Familiarity with Unit/Integration tests using tools like Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns, SOA design, and web service development.
- Experience with web page performance optimization and measurement is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
