Senior Full-stack Engineer

- Build and maintain front-end interfaces and backend systems for a virtual tabletop gaming platform
- Implement UI designs based on Figma mockups
- Develop scalable backend logic to support complex gameplay mechanics
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability
- Integrate client-facing features with backend functionality
- Apply security and data protection best practices
- Collaborate remotely with a small, cross-functional team
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Professional experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Professional experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Express, Django)
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Proficiency with designing and querying databases
- Ability to build and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Availability to work effectively in a remote team setup
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
