Senior Full-stack Engineer
- Build robust front-end applications using Vue.js 3
- Develop real-time web applications for audio and SMS communication with users (e.g., patients)
- Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js
- Develop and test custom internal TypeScript packages, either from scratch or migrated from JavaScript
- Integrate with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API)
- Design database models in SQL/NoSQL for efficient queries and storage
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience building highly available applications in regulated environments
- Experience with Vue.js 3
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with Mongoose
- Experience with Express
- Proficiency with monorepo tools, particularly Turbo
- Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- General experience in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- PhD in a relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
