Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance scalable web applications across front-end and back-end components. Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks. Develop robust APIs, services, and integrations to support business and application requirements. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine technical solutions. Translate functional requirements into reliable, maintainable, and secure application features. Review code, promote engineering best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members. Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective fixes and performance improvements. Contribute to system architecture, technical design decisions, and long-term platform enhancements. Support automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration activities. Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical improvements to development processes and system capabilities.
Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong relevant experience in full stack software development within a web, digital, or technology environment. Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, frameworks, APIs, databases, and version control tools. Good understanding of software architecture, testing practices, security principles, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions and work effectively across teams.
