Why this role is interesting This is not a traditional Full Stack Engineer position where you remain within one team, one product or one technical domain. You will join a newly established engineering task force supporting multiple strategic initiatives across a large-scale enterprise technology environment. The team will provide flexible engineering expertise to business-critical projects while also creating space for experimentation, innovation and emerging technologies. Approximately 60% of your time will focus on project delivery, while around 40% will be dedicated to innovation, AI-enabled solutions and proof-of-concept initiatives. You will work across the full technology stack, building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications using Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, Node.js and MongoDB. You will collaborate with product, architecture and engineering teams while helping improve platform reliability, performance and maintainability.
