Senior Full Stack Engineer

In this role you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack features for the Business Account portal using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. You will collaborate with product and design to translate complex financial workflows into secure, end-to-end user experiences and reliable APIs. You will build high-performance, data-rich interfaces and ensure design-to-backend alignment, while driving code quality, security, and scalability. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, responsive full-stack features for the Business Account portal using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, with frontend ownership and backend integration
• Translate merchant needs into secure, end-to-end user experiences across complex financial workflows (transfers, scheduled payments, account management, SCA) backed by reliable APIs
• Develop and maintain data-rich interfaces for transactions, balances, statements, and multi-currency views with efficient data fetching and state management
• Create and maintain GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and API integrations ensuring type-safe, reliable data models between frontend and backend
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack with strong TypeScript practices and focus on system stability, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews to promote engineering best practices during the shift from mobile-first to full-stack web capabilities
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues to ensure a smooth experience for merchants
• Stay updated with frontend technologies and best practices to enhance the merchant-facing web platform

• 5+ years of professional frontend/web development
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript with advanced types, generics, and type inference
• Strong React.js proficiency with a type-safe approach
• Experience supporting backend services in Java and Spring Boot
• Extensive experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG and API Routes, with TypeScript
• Solid HTML5/CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+) competence
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand) in TypeScript
• Strong experience consuming GraphQL APIs (Apollo Client) and typing API responses
• Understanding of web performance optimization
• Version control experience (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of SCA/2FA, PSD2, and RBAC (fintech context)
