Sr. Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote EST/CT location
Contract length:12 months+
Pay: $80-85 per hour W2
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for complex software development, including coding, managing portions of ongoing projects, and meeting established deadlines. This role will also be responsible for creating design specifications, conducting unit testing, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating professionally with customers and cross-functional team members.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will analyze existing procedures and design, develop, and implement solutions that improve data quality and process automation. This role will work within established standards and processes to promote consistency, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing serverless software solutions that support data quality and automation. Strong technical expertise in the data management domain is also preferred, with the ability to design and develop efficient, scalable data processes and systems.
Required Skills- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience building full-stack applications with Node.js and React.js in a cloud environment
- Deep working knowledge of AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, Kinesis, and RDS
- Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Design and development experience building and monitoring microservices
- Hands-on CI/CD experience with Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and computer science principles
- Working knowledge of distributed architectural design patterns
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design, including OOAD and UML
- Strong understanding of database design
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and modern software engineering practices
- Experience with event-driven architecture and stream processing patterns
- Exposure to agentic AI and LLM-based tooling, such as Claude, Copilot, LangChain, or similar technologies, for development acceleration or automation
- Experience with infrastructure as code, including AWS CloudFormation, CDK, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with KMS, ALB/ELB, Route 53, and VPC
- Experience with GitHub-based CI/CD workflows
- Background in high-frequency data monitoring or tooling
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Additional programming language experience, such as Java or Python, is a plus but does not replace strong React/Node.js expertise
