Summary
Builds scalable assessment/testing software using React, TypeScript, and Playwright, migrating legacy Python tests while collaborating with Agile teams to address remote testing security.

In this role, you'll help develop the next generation of assessment and testing solutions using modern technologies. You'll work with innovative Agile teams across the full technology stack to build secure, scalable applications and address remote testing security challenges.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and execute automated tests using Playwright, migrating existing Python-based test automation to Playwright with TypeScript.
- Develop new features and enhancements with a focus on user experience, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute as a hands-on technical member of an Agile development team.
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in a technical or analytical field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Playwright.
- Experience developing software applications in highly scalable environments.
- Experience working on Agile engineering teams.
- Experience with pair programming and collaborative software development.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Ability to contribute across multiple functions, including software development, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leveraging modern libraries and frameworks while maintaining a deep understanding of the underlying code.
- Experience developing QA automation and test scripts and participating in peer code reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
