Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications, portals, APIs, and microservices using modern full-stack technologies
- Develop responsive and intuitive user experiences using modern front-end frameworks while building secure and reliable backend services
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Build reusable components, services, and engineering frameworks that improve maintainability, scalability, and team efficiency
- Participate in technical design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while following engineering best practices
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, compliance, accessibility, and operational reliability standards

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering with solid hands-on development experience
- Experience developing backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control
- Experience working within Agile software delivery teams and modern software engineering methodologies
- Solid proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered development tools to enhance coding efficiency, testing, debugging, documentation, and software delivery
