Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join a team building infrastructure that helps improve the reliability of AI agents in production. In this customer-facing, full-stack role, you will embed monitoring and evaluation capabilities into real agent workflows and help customers make sound technical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship user-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments and integrate them into customer codebases and production AI systems.
• Bring monitoring and evaluation into agent workflows, and support customers with deployment and ongoing use.
• Guide customers through technical decisions about agent monitoring and evaluation strategy.
• Design and implement production database schemas, queries, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate through version control and shared development workflows, and travel to customer sites as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional experience building and delivering full-stack applications, including 3 to 7 years in a high-touch, solutions-oriented B2B technology role.
• Proficiency across frontend and backend development, with production experience in at least one modern backend language or framework and experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries.
• Experience with production databases, cloud deployments, API design and integration, and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience in a forward-deployed or solutions architecture role, including embedding platforms in customer systems and advising customers on technical approaches.
• Open-source contributions or experience maintaining public code repositories are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States. Travel to customer sites may be required.
