Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will build and maintain full-stack applications, develop React interfaces, and create Go backend services. You will build microservices, guide architecture decisions, improve production performance, write tests, participate in technical reviews, and join the on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React
• Build and maintain backend services using Go and event-driven architectures
• Build microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
• Drive architecture decisions that improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability
• Collaborate to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Monitor, debug, and improve application performance and reliability
• Write automated tests and follow CI/CD practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React and modern frontend development
• Backend experience in Go or a similar language
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-based communication
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Business-level Korean and English
