Responsibilities
- NHS / FHIR / HL7 integrations
- Safe deployment of AI‑assisted decision routing
- Own and lead engineering teams and set standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years full‑stack experience with large systems
- Leadership experience and ability to set engineering standards
- Deep understanding of regulated environments (NHS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Passion for building meaningful healthcare infrastructure and clinician‑led AI solutions
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python
Commitment & Compensation
Part‑time, 12‑20 hrs/week. Equity‑based compensation discussed after funding is secured.
