Senior Full Stack GenAI Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack GenAI Developer to build and deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-stack development using Java and/or Python, modern frontend frameworks, AWS cloud technologies, and Generative AI frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end GenAI solutions, including user interfaces, APIs, retrieval pipelines, LLM integrations, and cloud-native services while following secure and scalable engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Python, React, Angular, and modern development frameworks.
• Build and integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures.
• Integrate foundation models and AI services into business applications using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver business value.
• Develop automated testing strategies across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing layers.
• Implement AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure reliable AI system performance.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using containerized and serverless architectures.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployments and efficient software delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Apply secure coding practices and compliance controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve system reliability and scalability.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, cloud technologies, software engineering practices, and enterprise architecture patterns.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong backend development experience using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern UI frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, model evaluations, LLM monitoring, and governance controls.
• Proficiency with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, Strands, or similar technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native design principles.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, observability, and resilience engineering.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps concepts, including prompt versioning, model versioning, evaluation automation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and distributed application design.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or highly regulated industries will be an added advantage.
