  • Technical Mentorship: mentor and pair with a junior engineer, reviewing code and setting technical direction.
  • Security & Access Control: design RBAC to protect sensitive engineer and candidate data.
  • Documentation & Onboarding: maintain architecture, tech stack, and infrastructure docs; build onboarding path for new contributors.
  • CI/CD & Guardrails: build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, linting, and deployment guardrails.
  • Remote & Agile: work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that prioritizes shipping to learn.
  • Operational Integration: implement bi‑directional API integrations with Greenhouse, HiBob, and Jira.

Nice to Have

  • Greenhouse, HiBob, and Jira API experience.
  • LLM/AI integration via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Search engine implementation (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Algolia, Meilisearch, or pgvector).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
  • UI/UX sensibility and independent prototyping.
  • Performance optimization at scale (caching, query tuning, pagination).
  • Equity participation.
