Position: Senior Full-Stack Python Developer
Location: Argentina only
Availability: Full-time
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience
Core Requirements
- Python / FastAPI (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
- React and/or TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- AWS and/or GCP
- Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
- Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
- Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
- Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.
A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we’re open to considering candidates who don’t have this experience if they are technically very strong.
