Senior Full-Stack Python Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Software Engineer to join our Scrum team and tackle a variety of tasks on the back-end and front-end sides. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Python and the Infrastructure as Code approach, along with experience in AWS, PostgreSQL and modern front-end technologies. This role involves active collaboration within the team, conducting code reviews, and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Focus on back-end and front-end development tasks
• Collaborate closely with other team members to optimize the development process
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Participate actively in the team's scrum ceremonies, contributing to the agile process
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and vulnerabilities promptly and efficiently
• Apply AI tools and approaches throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Python, FastAPI and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL relational database
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Tailwind, RESTful APIs and JSON
• Understanding of SOLID principles, REST and design patterns
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with bug fixing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team
• Knowledge of AI, Claude and AI applications in the SDLC
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Experience with accessibility bug remediation
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.x accessibility standards
• Familiarity with CSS and SASS
• Knowledge of AI and Prompt Engineering concepts
