Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (.NET & Mobile App)

Responsibilities

• 1. Research, plan, develop, and implement custom application systems for customers, covering the full development cycle, including requirement gathering, user journey mapping, design, coding, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvements.
• 2. Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
• 3. Analyse clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• 4. Provide thought leadership on system architecture, solutions, methodologies, and tools to ensure innovative and efficient application delivery.
• 5. Manage and guide a team of software developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• 6. Ensure that all technical documentation is properly prepared, updated, and maintained.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, OR at least 2–6 years of working experience in software development.
• 3. Added advantage: VB.NET, Objective-C / Swift, or Visual Basic.
• 4. Familiar with the .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• 5. Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) and mobile app development tools (Android Studio or Xcode) is an added advantage.
• 6. Strong programming skills with the ability to stay up to date with the latest web technologies, trends, and programming techniques.
• 7. Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
• 8. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens.
• 9. A good team player with a positive attitude towards learning and executing tasks effectively.
