About the project

You’ll work across the stack — from micro-frontends to backend microservices on AWS — taking ownership of complex features and contributing to technical decisions within a distributed team.
The role combines modern frontend and backend development with cloud technologies, testing, and infrastructure automation. You’ll work closely with other engineers to build and maintain reliable, scalable production solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Strong experience with micro-frontends and backend microservices
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB
• Strong experience with AWS, including services such as Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, ALB, etc.
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Jest and/or Playwright
• Familiarity with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote or distributed team

Nice to have

• Experience designing and improving cloud-native architectures
• Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across React micro-frontends and Node.js backend microservices
• Build and integrate services using AWS technologies such as Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, and ALB
• Work with PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB to model and manage application data
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Jest and/or Playwright
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable production solutions
• Take ownership of complex features and communicate clearly within a distributed team
