About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support a US-based digital health platform used for remote patient monitoring. The system is already live, and your focus will be on feature development, enhancements, and gradual modernization.
This is a high-impact, lean role—you’ll act as a force multiplier by using AI coding tools to significantly boost productivity. You’ll work across a mature codebase, ship meaningful features, and help evolve the platform over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy new features across the web platform and backend services
- Work within an existing codebase—enhancing and refactoring as needed
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to improve speed and quality
- Support backend modernization toward a scalable Python-based stack
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders on feature scope and delivery
- Maintain clean code, version control, and documentation
- Integrate with AWS, Firebase, and real-time data systems
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a full-stack developer
- Strong hands‑on use of AI coding tools in daily development
- Experience with PHP / Laravel in production environments
- Proficiency in modern stacks (Python, React, or Node/TypeScript)
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and Jira workflows
- Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with US teams
- Self-driven and capable of owning features end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mobile development (Android/iOS)
- Experience with healthcare systems or HIPAA compliance
- Background in legacy system modernization
- Familiarity with real-time or time-series data (Firebase, analytics tools)
- Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven applications
