As a SeniorEngineer,you'llcombine hands-on development with technical leadership, helping the team design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the full stack while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.
In addition to above you will:
- Design, build, andmaintainmodern full stack applications and services.
- Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to deliver customer value.
- Drive engineering best practices across quality, security, testing, and observability.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Explore AI, MCP, and context-engineering approaches where they create meaningful business value.
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
