We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about Microsoft technologies and relational SQL databases. You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining business applications that support HR processes for a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market.
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the development, maintenance, and modernization of desktop applications built on the .NET platform (WinForms/WPF). As our product evolves, you may also contribute to web-based interfaces using JavaScript and React, though this is expected to represent a smaller part of the role, at least in the near term. You will also leverage your SQL expertise to design, optimize, and maintain data models and database queries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus
- 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET 4, .NET Framework, .NET Core)
- Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications (WinForms and/or WPF)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience working with React or another modern front-end framework
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level
- Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience in modernizing desktop applications and migrating solutions to web-based environments
- Understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience in writing unit, integration, and automated tests
- Knowledge of application security principles and data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Experience working with ERP, HR, or payroll systems
- Knowledge of technologies and tools such as Entity Framework, SignalR, REST API, Web API, and microservices architecture
- Experience integrating with third-party systems and various types of APIs
- Knowledge of the MVVM pattern and best practices for developing WPF desktop applications
