Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET, React, AWS)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application development. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong expertise in backend development using .NET and AWS, while also contributing to frontend development using React. The successful candidate will operate between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, contributing to solution design, low-level design (LLD), implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade applications supporting government schemes, mortgage/home loan processing, and workflow automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using .NET and React.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design (LLD) activities.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
• Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitization solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

SKILLS

Must have

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.

• IBM MQ or equivalent messaging platforms Security & API Authentication Strong understanding of:
