Senior Full stack Software Engineer
Summary
Build enterprise HR web apps with React, Node.js or Python, Azure cloud, and AI integrations like Copilot; maintain SQL databases and Power Apps.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Develop full stack solutions using React JS and Node.js (preferred) or Python.
Build scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
Develop and integrate AI-powered applications, including solutions similar to GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Develop and optimize SQL databases and reporting solutions.
Build and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps where applicable.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, QA, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in code reviews and promote best coding practices.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Strong experience with React JS and Node.js (preferred) or Python.
Experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
Experience developing large-scale enterprise applications.
Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, AI Assistants, or AI-powered applications.
Strong knowledge of SQL, database development, Financial Reporting, Workforce Reporting, and Microsoft Power Apps.
Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
