Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack web applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications. Develop and maintain APIs and database schemas. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby/Rails). Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB). Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
