Senior Full-Stack Tech Lead (Java/Angular)

CRIF is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead technical delivery across enterprise applications for international markets. You will guide design decisions, mentor the team, and actively contribute to both frontend and backend development in a global setting.

Lead the technical development of complex software as TTL throughout the delivery lifecycle. Provide technical guidance, design decisions, and engineering best practices. Coordinate tasks, priorities, and milestones for the team. Participate in planning, estimation, risk evaluation, and progress tracking. Collaborate with clients, product owners, and architects to align delivery with requirements. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and maintainability. Contribute hands-on to frontend and backend development when needed. Promote quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams in an international context. Improve processes, Agile practices, and CI/CD maturity. Degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience. Proven TTL or hands-on technical leadership experience. Experience coordinating software development teams and delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
