Senior Full-Stack / Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack / Web Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain digital websites and platforms built using Optical CMS or headless CMS technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, Directus, and API integration, with proven ability to deliver new features, resolve defects, optimize application performance, and address security vulnerabilities. The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Optical CMS / headless CMS websites and digital platforms.
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using Next.js and React.
• Develop and maintain backend services and applications using Node.js.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Directus CMS and related headless CMS components.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Perform bug fixing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across frontend, backend, CMS, and integration layers.
• Develop and implement application enhancements and new features.
• Identify and resolve application performance issues, including frontend, backend, API, and database-related bottlenecks.
• Address security vulnerabilities and remediation findings in accordance with security standards and project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and secure coding principles.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and technical validation.
• Collaborate with QA teams to investigate and resolve defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support application deployment, release activities, and production issue resolution.
• Monitor application performance and stability and recommend technical improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation related to application architecture, integrations, configurations, and development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other project delivery activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with either Optical CMS or Directus CMS platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
• Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Experience developing and maintaining headless CMS-based websites or digital platforms.
• Strong experience in bug fixing, troubleshooting, and application enhancements.
• Experience with performance optimization and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Good understanding of web application architecture, frontend/backend integration, and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
