What you'll do
Design and ship world-class AI voice agents that handle real calls, real payments, and real compliance end to end
Solutions engineering: Work directly with customers in a hands-on, relationship-driven industry
Product engineering: Shape the technical foundation of a product that's already in production and scaling fast
Sit at the table with the founding team and help decide where this goes next
Who you are
You have a passion for startups and building
5+ years of full stack experience with strong system design and architecture instincts
Comfortable building from scratch and making decisions without a playbook
Willing to work closer to US hours
Proven experience with AI agents or LLMs in production
Bonus if:
