Senior Fullstack Developer - Angular & Reactjs

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality minimum viable products (MVPs) and solutions.

• Prepare standards-based technical design documents, including solution architecture, application design, database design, integrations, and API specifications, in collaboration with technical leaders and project teams.

• Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues raised by L1 and L2 support teams.

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Drive proactive problem management initiatives to improve system reliability, stability, and performance.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug application code to identify and resolve software defects in collaboration with development teams.

• Develop, test, and deploy scripts, patches, hotfixes, and system updates while ensuring proper implementation and quality validation.

• Coordinate with support teams, development teams, and external vendors to resolve critical technical issues.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and solution repositories to support knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

• Design and implement automation solutions for support operations using AI technologies, chatbots, and other emerging tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and long-running workflow processes using Temporal.io or equivalent workflow orchestration platforms.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Kanban events.

• Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements elaboration, coding, testing, defect resolution, deployment, release management, and production support.

• Ensure high code quality through best practices such as code reviews, behavior-driven development (BDD), test-driven development (TDD), and comprehensive automated unit testing.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Developer role.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale integrated systems.

• Proven experience providing L3 Production Support, incident management, troubleshooting, and hotfix implementation.

• Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams consisting of five or more members.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in web application development using Angular, with advanced proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, XML, and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with ReactJS is an advantage.

• Proven experience in SharePoint and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) application development.

• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Web APIs using .NET Core and C#.

• Experience integrating AI services, APIs, and cloud-based AI platforms into enterprise applications.

• Experience with Temporal.io or similar workflow orchestration platforms, such as:

  • Azure Durable Functions

  • Camunda

  • Zeebe

  • Apache Airflow

  • AWS Step Functions

• Strong understanding of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Oracle, and other RDBMS platforms.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos/Git, Test Plans, and Pipelines).

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services is preferred.

• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and YAML-based deployments is preferred.
