Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced software developer responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions. The scope includes architecture planning, solution design, prototyping, and supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies and AWS, with expertise in application architecture and development, SQL query fine tuning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support including prototyping and coding.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including UI design, prototyping, development, code reviews, and implementation of React-based applications.

• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs).

• Build Java and Web applications on AWS and On premises.

• Support build, deployment, and testing phases

• Ensure compliance with security and best practices

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct performance and capacity assessments.

• Deep dive and solve complex engineering problems.

• Develop and maintain expertise in Java technologies (e.g., Struts, Spring Boot / Spring Batch), Tomcat, Oracle 19c, React JS and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, CloudWatch).

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Develop reusable UI components, frontend libraries, and design patterns to improve development efficiency and consistency.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services while ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Deep dive into and resolve complex UI, integration, and production issues.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, architects, UX/UI designers, product owners, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain expertise in React.js, React Native, TypeScript, OAuth2/OIDC, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Next.js, API Gateway, REST APIs, Micro Frontends, and AWS-hosted web applications.

• Expertise in React Hooks, Context API, and custom hooks

• Support application build, deployment, testing, and release activities through CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, performance, and frontend development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in building and managing critical applications.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Java 8 and above.

• Strong knowledge in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and Spring AI.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems architecture.

• Experience in Microservices Architecture and domain-driven service design.

• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.

• Strong experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications on AWS Cloud.

• Expertise with AWS services including (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, CloudWatch).

• Strong understanding of API Gateway technologies.

• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration platforms.

• Experience in supporting CII system and mission-critical cloud environments.

• Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

• Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

• Strong hands-on experience with JUNIT, KARATE Framework, Automate API testing, Integration Testing, & Test automation framework.

• Experience implementing code quality, security scanning, and deployment controls within delivery pipelines.

• Strong experience in supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud.

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend development practices.

• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices-based architectures, and frontend-backend integration patterns.

• Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Strong experience supporting and deploying applications on AWS Cloud environments.

• AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate and Developer Associate
