Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise across Java, Angular, Python, SQL, and modern DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate will lead full‑stack development of secure, high‑performance applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with DevOps engineers for cloud deployments. This is a fully onsite role in Veldhoven, requiring hands‑on development, CI/CD integration, and deep knowledge of enterprise‑grade software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Fullstack Development

• Lead development of REST APIs and full‑stack applications using Java JDK 17, Spring Boot 2.7, and Angular 14.
• Build secure, scalable, high‑performance backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces.
• Develop Python‑based components and integrate SQL/NoSQL data layers.

Backend Engineering (Java & Spring)

• Work with Spring Framework AOP v5.2, Spring Boot modules (Web, Data JPA, Security OAuth2).
• Design complex persistence logic and implement robust web security patterns.
• Use Maven v3 for build automation and dependency management.

Frontend Engineering (Angular)

• Develop Angular 14 applications using TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with Google Material Design.
• Optimize front‑end performance and state management.

DevOps, CI/CD & Cloud

• Work with Docker v20, Kaniko, Helm charts v3 for Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on Azure cloud subscriptions and deployment pipelines.
• Use GitLab SCM pipelines and JFrog Artifactory for CI/CD and artifact management.

Databases

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL v12, MongoDB v4, Neo4J v4.
• Design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

Quality, Testing & Security

• Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Perform vulnerability scanning using SonarQube and BlackDuck.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with security standards.

Documentation & Agile Delivery

• Document architecture, APIs, and workflows using Atlassian Wiki.
• Work in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments using Jira Cloud and Jira Align.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and cross‑functional collaboration.
