Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET / React)

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per annum

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of a well-established software product.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the full technology stack, contributing to backend services, front-end applications, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and platform improvements.

You'll play a key role in delivering new features, solving complex technical challenges, and helping shape the future direction of the product.

Operating in a remote-first environment, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while remaining connected to the wider team through a regular Wednesday office day in Auckland.

This opportunity will suit an experienced developer who enjoys taking ownership, collaborating with other talented engineers, and delivering high-quality software in a product-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions across the full technology stack
• Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Build modern, responsive front-end functionality using contemporary frameworks and tools
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and solution planning
• Support cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for software quality
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
• Mentor and support other developers where required

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrations
• Strong front-end development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Exposure to Azure and cloud-native development practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery approaches
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment while contributing to a highly engaged team culture
