We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FullStack Developer to join a transformative Generative AI (GenAI) initiative. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and AI-powered systems that support advanced GenAI solutions.
You will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to build secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python-based backend development, React.js front-end development, and modern AI/Agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build secure, modular, and high-performance backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices to support AI-driven applications.
- Integrate AI/ML models and Agentic AI capabilities into web platforms and enterprise systems.
- Work with vector databases such as Qdrant and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Integrate agents and external tools into Agentic AI infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with Python development and Generative AI technologies.
- Solid experience with React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with FastAPI and Node.js backend development.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Qdrant Vector Database.
- Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and concepts such as: Semantic Kernel/MCP/ Tool routing/ OpenAI-like architectures/ LlamaIndex
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices including: Unit testing/ CI/CD pipelines/ Modular architecture/ Secure coding practices
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
