Senior Fullstack Developer (Web & Backend focus)

Join Lunii as a Senior Fullstack Developer!

Reporting to our CTO and fully integrated into our tech team, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of our technical services: architecture, development, scalability, security, and operations.

We are in a key structuring phase where we are bringing our web codebase back in-house, industrializing certain processes/tools, and streamlining our infrastructure. As a fullstack developer, you will be a key player in this transition, enabling us to have full technical ownership over this scope.

Your main missions will be:

- Development & Architecture

• Design and develop our web interfaces (e-commerce site using React / Next.js coupled with Shopify).

• Design and develop robust backend modules in Typescript using Node.js to support our services.

• Ensure technical consistency across the various services within the global stack.

• Build and maintain our cloud infrastructure, manage environments, automate deployments, and contribute to DevOps practices.

- Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our quality processes (code reviews, automated tests, documentation, deployment workflows) and the team culture.

- Cross-functional Collaboration & Data

• Work hand-in-hand with the Product, Revenue, and Publishing teams to transform business needs into sustainable technical solutions.

• Challenge requirements and propose concrete improvements based on real data (we are a data-driven company with a dedicated team).

Our ideal profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in fullstack development within a tech team of more than 5 people.

• You understand the challenges of an e-commerce or B2C product: performance, reliability, user journey, conversion, and platform scalability.

• You are recognized for your web expertise, both frontend and backend, but remain open to working on the rest of our stacks (Flutter, LUA, Java…).

• You enjoy building long-term solutions, taking a step back on technical choices, and are proactive in evolving the team's practices.

• You appreciate teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with other developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.

• You have a real sensitivity to user experience and understand the impact of your developments on product quality.

• You are comfortable using AI at different stages of the development cycle.

Our recruitment process

You send your CV and we then take the time to carefully review your application. If it is a match, our discussions will continue (via video call or in-person at our offices):

• First with Bérengère, Recruitment Manager, for an initial phone call (30 min),

• Then, you will speak with members of the tech team regarding a technical test completed independently before the meeting (60 min),

• Finally, you will meet Laurie, our CTO, during an in-person interview at our offices (60 min).

What we offer

• Contract: CDI (Permanent contract) - Executive status - Full-time day-based contract.

• 4-day work week experiment with Friday as a day off.

• Remote work: 2 days of mandatory weekly presence at our offices in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
