We are looking for several Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join a project for our client based in Sweden, a company operating in the enterprise AI and business process automation software industry.
In this role, you'll contribute to the development of production-grade software powering enterprise automation solutions. You'll work in a distributed engineering environment, building scalable backend services and modern web applications while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and code quality. You'll collaborate closely with experienced engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software used by enterprise customers.
You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:
8+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
Strong engineering background with experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
Excellent knowledge of TypeScript across the full stack.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of REST API design and development.
Hands-on experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
Experience working in distributed software systems.
Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Location in Poland or another EU country.
Nice to have:
Experience developing commercial SaaS or on-premise software products.
Experience working in enterprise software environments.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
Recruitment process:
Initial 30-minute interview with our recruiter.
A take-home competence assessment (approximately 5 hours, completed independently and without supervision). Candidates are encouraged to use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or similar tools during the exercise.
Final interview with the client's Head of Engineering.
