Location & Remote Work
This role can be performed remotely from the UK, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, or Romania. Relocation is required if outside these countries. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the UK only.
About the Opportunity
Our engineering teams build scalable, innovative technology across various squads. We value fluidity, allowing movement between teams or specialization as needed.
What You Will Do
- Architect and develop features for our Referral and Loyalty Program
- Collaborate with Product Managers on solutions and implementation plans
- Work with other teams to enhance customer-facing features
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution
- Integrate with external service providers
- Maintain and improve existing codebase
- Write high-quality, performant, and tested code
About You
- Extensive backend experience at startups or fast-growing tech companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in data and experimentation
- Experience developing and maintaining server applications in agile environments
- Knowledge of relevant tech stacks or ability to cross-train quickly
- Deep understanding of databases and cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Open-source contributions or Web3 experience are a plus
