The Job

We are looking for a Middle Fullstack Developer to work in a forward-deployed model: staying close to our brand partners and internal teams to understand problems at the source, then building and deploying integrations, automations and AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will extend our existing platforms and turn proven solutions into reusable platform capabilities.

What You Will Do:

• Embed with the Business: Work closely with brand partners and internal teams (e.g., store operations, customer service, warehousing and fulfillment) to understand their workflows, identify the highest-value problems and agree on success criteria before building.
• Build & Deploy End-to-End: Own solutions from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, handover and post-launch support, following the team's code review, testing and CI/CD practices.
• Integration Delivery: Design and implement reliable integrations with third-party services such as e-commerce marketplaces, social commerce channels, logistics providers, payment gateways and partner systems.
• Applied AI & Automation: Identify and deliver practical AI and automation use cases in daily operations, with appropriate testing, monitoring and human oversight.
• Productize & Share Feedback: Turn repeated solutions into reusable components and share structured feedback with Product Owners and the engineering team.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience/Industry requirements:

• Engineering Experience: 4+ years of professional software development, with strong backend fundamentals and solid front-end skills.
• Business-Facing Delivery: Experience working directly with clients, business users or operations teams to turn unclear requirements into working solutions.
• Integrations & Distributed Systems: Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and message queues (RabbitMQ or Kafka), and with building reliable integrations (retries, idempotency, error handling).
• Applied AI: Experience integrating AI models or services into production applications.
• E-commerce Domain (Preferred): Understanding of e-commerce operations such as orders, inventory, fulfillment and marketplaces.
• Ownership & Communication: Takes ownership of outcomes, handles ambiguity well and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; willing to work on-site with partners or internal teams when needed.
• Technical Proficiencies (Our Current Stack / Openness to Learn):
• Languages: Elixir, Golang, Node.js (candidates with strong backgrounds in other languages who are willing to learn are welcome)
• Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Cloud & Tooling: AWS, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Git; Grafana/Prometheus is a plus

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a Forward Deployed, Solutions or Integration Engineer role
• Experience with marketplace, logistics or ERP integrations
• English communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with microservices architecture
