- We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare
- You’ll carry real ownership over our product, with the chance to shape our engineering org as it grows
- You’ll work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, and interface directly with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide
- Our engineering work spans full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework
- Improve our physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling that increases physician efficiency and clinical capability
- Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations

- Proficiency with our stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
- 5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company
