Your Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and/or mobile applications for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while ensuring performance, scalability, and system availability.
- Optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and implement caching strategies to improve application performance.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and code quality by following engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing code, and driving engineering excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development for production environments.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), caching systems, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
