Senior Functional Consultant - Sales & Revenue Management

About the Role

Trigg Digital is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant - Sales & Revenue Management to join our UK team. We’re a Salesforce Summit Partner and member of the Claude Partner Network, helping ambitious organisations transform sales, revenue and customer operations across Salesforce, data and agentic AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll lead functional workstreams across complex B2B Salesforce programmes, with a particular focus on Sales Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management, while working across the wider Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Slack, Agentforce and analytics capabilities.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who understands how B2B sales and revenue organisations operate and can translate complex business requirements into pragmatic, scalable Salesforce solutions.

If you want to work on cutting-edge Salesforce and AI projects and help shape how Agentforce, Claude and agentic AI are applied to real business problems, this is a great opportunity to do it.

What You'll Do

    • Lead client discovery, requirements gathering and functional solution design across complex B2B sales, revenue and customer transformation programmes, including multi-system and highly customised Salesforce environments, working closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success and other business stakeholders.
    • Design and configure solutions across Sales Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management, covering the end-to-end B2B customer and revenue lifecycle from lead generation, qualification and onboarding through opportunity, pipeline and territory management, product and pricing, quoting, approvals, contracts, orders, subscriptions and billing, to renewals, retention and growth, including integrations with ERP, finance and other downstream platforms.
    • Design solutions that make effective use of the wider Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Slack, Agentforce and analytics capabilities.
    • Identify and shape practical use cases for Agentforce, Claude and agentic AI, helping clients determine where Salesforce-native automation, AI agents or LLM-based capabilities are the right fit and how they can work together safely across data, permissions and business processes.
    • Help clients improve sales effectiveness, RevOps and user adoption through intuitive processes, automation, reporting and enablement.
    • Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process designs and functional documentation, working closely with architects, developers, project teams and senior client stakeholders from discovery through to go-live.

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years’ Salesforce consulting experience, ideally within a Salesforce partner, with demonstrable experience leading complex client-facing functional workstreams.
    • Recent, hands-on Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud Advanced / Revenue Lifecycle Management implementation experience is essential.
    • Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions for B2B sales and revenue organisations, with strong Sales Cloud knowledge and a good understanding of RevOps, pipeline management, forecasting, commercial reporting and end-to-end lead-to-cash / quote-to-cash processes.
    • Strong experience designing complex B2B data models, account hierarchies and commercial processes within Salesforce.
    • Good understanding of enterprise integrations, security, permissions and operational reporting, including integrations with ERP, finance, billing and other downstream platforms via technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica or equivalent middleware.
    • Experience across multiple Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360 or Slack.
    • Practical experience with Agentforce, agentic AI, Claude or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms is highly desirable, along with an understanding of AI governance, permissions, grounding and human oversight.
    • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and functional design skills, with the ability to remain hands-on with Salesforce configuration, Flow and declarative automation.
    • Experience working across complex commercial operating models, including subscription, usage-based, marketplace, media, retail media, SaaS or other multi-party environments, is beneficial.

    Important

Experience with the current Agentforce Revenue Management platform is essential for this role. Experience with Salesforce CPQ + Billing / Steelbrick or Vlocity / Industries CPQ is beneficial, but it does not replace the requirement for recent hands-on Agentforce Revenue Management experience.

    Why Trigg Digital?

    • Join a boutique Salesforce Summit Partner and Claude Partner Network member at the intersection of CRM, data and agentic AI.
    • Work on complex Salesforce transformation and emerging Agentforce, Claude and Claudeforce capabilities and use cases, helping turn new technology into measurable business outcomes.
    • Take ownership of client outcomes from discovery and solution design through to implementation and adoption, rather than being limited to one part of the delivery lifecycle.
    • Work directly with senior client stakeholders and have a meaningful voice in how solutions are shaped.
    • Help shape our accelerators, delivery methods and points of view as Salesforce and enterprise AI continue to evolve.
    • Build towards broader functional leadership, solution architecture or practice leadership as your experience grows.
    • Work in a growing specialist consultancy where your ideas, expertise and impact are highly visible.
    • Ongoing investment in Salesforce and AI training, certifications and professional development.
    • Flexible and hybrid working.

    Location

This is a UK-based role, with a preference for candidates within reasonable commuting distance of London due to regular client and team collaboration.
